Point System
The Boiling Crab needs to fix their point system. They should let you use a reward and earn points on the remaining of the transaction. Instead of just limiting you to use reward or earn more points. Other places lets you do both at the same time.

Boiling crab Burbank
My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Boiling Crab in Burbank! The food was absolutely delicious — super fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. We went all in with the bags, and everything came out hot, seasoned just right, and super tasty. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the staff was so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We both left full and happy. Definitely one of our favorite spots now, and we’ll for sure be coming back soon!

CRAB-TASTIC FOOD!!!
If I could give The Boiling Crab more than five stars, I would! This is hands-down mine and my boyfriend’s absolute favorite spot. From the moment you walk in, you can smell that amazing garlic butter magic in the air and instantly know you’re in for a treat.
We always get the whole shebang with medium spice, and every bite is pure perfection — the flavors soak into the crab, shrimp, and crawfish in the most mouthwatering way. The corn, potatoes, and sausage are the perfect sidekick to all that delicious seafood.
What makes it even better is the fun, casual vibe — throw on a bib, roll up your sleeves, and get ready to make a happy mess. The staff is always friendly and fast, even when the place is packed (which is often, because it’s THAT good).
We’ve tried other seafood boil spots, but nothing comes close to The Boiling Crab. It’s the one place we’re always excited to come back to, and it never disappoints.
Pro tip: Don’t wear white… you’ll thank me later.
