App not usable
App doesn’t work. When I open it I get a white screen each time I try
Last week the app stopped working.
The App logged me out and when I try to submit my number to re-login, it says the code is invalid. Disappointing because I really enjoyed this app and the drivers. Their phone support line doesn’t have any answers besides uninstalling the app and redownloading it but that doesn’t help either.

App stopped working. Haven’t been able to log in and there’s nowhere to report the issue. Called their customer service line but they were unable to help.

Excellent Service
I live right in the heart of Buckhead. Buc is a very convenient service for those who live in the area to get where they need to go. I really appreciate the free rides to Lenox and Buckhead Marta Stations. The drivers are super friendly and very professional. I use this service several times a week.

Great service
Took the Marta home from the airport in the Buc picked us up from the Buckhead station. Very nice safe secure way home thanks for the service.
Horrible experience
we requested a ride gave the driver our exact location and he drove right passed us. We tried to call back but the app only has a automated line that plays hold music and then disconnects.

Buc did not deliver when they had the time to shine.
The Buc is not operating at 1030am when the buckhead Marta station is closed this week. One would think that would be their time to shine. Offers incredibly low utility and is a waste of taxpayer funds. Might as well get an Uber.
