Misleading
Once you download the app you will be asked to register using your phone number. I did not register it but I got the call from RE max asking for are you interested in buying or selling, if you say no the call will end abruptly. The phone number from Brampton starting 289.
I was surprised how they got my cell number then I realized the app is collecting the data’s automatically. It doesn’t matter you register or not.

Beware of unwanted calls and texts that you’ll start receiving once you sign up for the app. There is no heads-up and no way to turn this off.
I’ve been getting phone calls daily since installing the app, it gets so annoying that I will be deactivating my account and using other apps that are more respectful of their users needs and wants.

Good app but struggling to log back in
I’ve been curious about looking at places in Canada so I’ve just recently got the app back after a few months, and when I try to sign back in it says “invalid number” I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing this or if it’s just me but it’s stopping me from being able to use the app

This app is really helpful for seeing neighbourhood houses ,to know the market value of the property, mortgage calculator helps to know the monthly payments
Amazing app
This app is user friendly and truly awesome with the navigation and you can find exactly what you looking for. My favourite feature is the chat future so I able explore properties with anyone and together. Definitely recommend and try it for yourself.
Good App but..
Good app, works okay. Search is bit funky. Prices on the map are in millions so $600k shows as .6m. Also, they called me the next day after downloading it. When I said I didn’t need buying or selling help, they hung up, so maybe wait a 1 week after download to make that call. Don’t just hang up!
Keeps crashing
Every time I go to the map section and type an address the whole crashes.
Amazing experience

For an app with this countries name in its title, I found it odd that I could only find listings for homes in Ontario.
Privacy Problems
The app asks for your mobile number right off the bat, before you can look at anything.
A complete game changer in Real Estate
Really loved the app. The best user interface so far seen in real estate. The features such as approximate down payment, monthly payments after purchase personalised homepage are a completely different experience. The app has fine balanced the buyer and seller user experience. Marching towards the no:1 app in Canadian real estate.

The unique feature of this app is that it shows the users information that they would like to see in a house which are not available on other apps. Mainly the ones I wish to highlight are:
