Citizens online banking is SOOOOO much easier to navigate than our other bank! I dread having to use the other bank online because of all the security features! Thank you so very much!

The app works great, very quickly. I can transfer from account, see spending habits. You can do a lot on it. It is a pretty handy tool,and you don’t have to call or go the bank for everything.

I love the app and being able to keep track but the hardly ever actually works, it takes forever to load and now it won’t let me login to my account
Great when it works
The app is easy to navigate and works great. If it works. 90% of the time, the app shows me an error message that reads along the lines of “enable device passcode or connect to wifi” to open the app, even if I’m already on my home wifi. This issue has only started recently. Had been using the app for years. Completely unusable and an inconvenience now.

Cant switch accounts?
I want to deposit funds in different accounts. The app won’t let me do it? It automatically goes to 1 account!

This new app
I personally am not impressed with this new app. I’m sorry, but the other, to me seemed more secured by requiring my user name and a password. Now, to put in a 4 digit number, in my opinion would be easier to break the 4 digit number than a password.
