My Life Practice
The Class Method changed my relationship to myself and to everyone around me. The somatic practice is both physically challenging and emotionally cathartic.
Glitchy for months
I love the Class…when it works. The livestreams haven’t been working on mobile devices for months now so I’ve been using my laptop, but now it’s starting to glitch on that too :( It’s super frustrating when you’re in the middle of a class and it starts buffering and ultimately failing. There doesn’t seem to be a resolution any time soon either.

Bugs lately
I LOVE the class. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and the workouts are amazing. However, the app has been really glitchy lately. I can’t get any of the workouts to play! I haven’t been able to use the app in weeks and I’m thinking about canceling my membership if I can’t even use it. Please fix this!

App never works
I love this program but they have constant app glitches. I’ve paid a lot of money for this and can’t even access it consistently.

Fraudulent
Stole my money and Apple told me that they didn’t have management over this app so they couldn’t do anything to help me get my money back, this should be illegal. We need to take this app down ASAP, they are stealing money from people.

Logging in and refused to refund me. I haven’t logged into this class in 6 months. The exercises are so uninformed and dangerous for most who aren’t rail thin fitness models. On top of this, this exercise class is embarrassing to watch. They are rich elite who peddles terrible visions of elite privilege to the world. They charge thousands for retreats that no one needs. Feed the homeless. Stop stealing money. Fix your app

No chromecast option?
I downloaded hoping to cast these workouts to my TV but I can’t get the app or website to sync with any devices. Very disappointed.
Epic
So good. I used to be a yogi junkie (in class) but found myself drifting away after the pandemic and getting used to doing workouts through YouTube. This is the best combo of yoga vibes, Pilates, HIIT, cardio, and breath work. Leaves me with such joy and a high. Love the music and sequencing, the low lit studios, and the instructors. Totally worth the money.

Frustrating won’t let me cancel easily

Used to be a fan
I used to like this app, as I could download some material temporarily to enjoy offline. This was similar to other streaming services. Now, the platform rebuild doesn’t allow for it, which is very disappointing. I have canceled my subscription, as it’s no longer worth it for me.

Expensive and glitchy
This app was good at one point but then they cut back recently, laid off a bunch of instructors and downscaled the app so that it hardly ever works. You can’t Chromecast and every livestream freezes up. Horrible and when you ask for your money back, they treat you with disdain.

True definition of a community
The class has been an absolute savior through the pandemic and beyond. The incredibly welcoming, introspective and loving community has pushed me to look in and work through so many important challenges I didn’t realize until I hit the mat. Thank you for the playlists, memories and creating a space for us all!

Part of my daily Routine - Love the Class!
Love The Class! It’s a daily part of my life now and It’s exactly the kind of wellness and movement I end. The functionality of the app is perfect. My only comment would be that I would like the “My List” function to work better (I don’t think my classes are automatically saved and it would be great to have a journaling capability in it).
