WHAT?
I saw their announcement about the redesign and thought the new app would be more user-friendly. Turns out, they just made the ads bigger and added even more of them, which makes the app load so much slower now. Very disappointing
Why?
I find the app frustrating due to the overwhelming number of video ads. Every time I try to re-enter the app, I'm inundated with ads that consume system resources, making the entire app unresponsive. This significantly impacts the user experience, and I hope the developers find a better balance between ads and usability in my iPhone 17 pro max

App freezes upon open
It just freezes every time you open the app
Why?
After the new version update, the app cannot perform any operations on the iPhone 17 Pro Max; it gets stuck on the advertising screen.
Hidden fees and no customer service
Bought a TV which said free delivery repeatedly. Then when the delivery guy arrived he demanded $250. I asked the Club why this happened and got no response
