the worst poker App in LA area
The app is a totally trash. You cannot really put your name on the board, so many times the app just was closed by itself. Commerce can’t even hire some IT specialist to fix it. Totally neglect by Commerce casino
Should be less than 1 star
Live waitlist doesn’t work, app almost feel useless. I have also email their tech support so many times, they reply by saying they are on vacation, this app is equivalent to the casino service, Don’t waste time to download it. 1 star rating is pushing it. Let me know if I’m wrong commerce casino staff.

Can’t see waitlist
Would like to see waitlist without having to log in every time. Still can’t join the waitlist. It’s April 2021.

Delete it! Don’t even waste your time! How can I add ZERO STARS? I’m a regular here, but I WILL NOW GO TO OTHER CASINOS since they can’t even get their app right. Not to mention their HUGE POKER DROP and they can’t even find a working up? TRASH! Delete! NEXT CASINO!

Tried registering multiple times, called in and was told that you cannot register yet even though I have a commerce ID.

As others have said...I can’t add myself to waitlists or even see any games to be able to. Location is always on which I don’t like either. 2 mile geofencing means I can never use it as I leave 10 miles away and it’s impossible to drive and use this app.
Sorry commerce. Nice try but fir regs it doesn’t cut it. Just let bravo add us to waitlists.

Waitlists No Longer Work
When first downloaded, waitlists would appear for all games pending/going in the poker room. Now, no waitlists appear regardless of location settings being Always On.
While the app is still useful to see how many tables of specific games are going, view comp balance, etc. my primary reason for downloading no longer works.

App is a big waste
Can’t put name on waiting lists like advertised. Staff has no idea what’s wrong with it. Really lame
Still Needs Work
If the app worked like it was designed to work it would be a great app. Unfortunately the app still has a few bugs. I’m noticing on ios phone that the comps don’t seem to update. You literally have to remove/delete the app and reinstall to populate your comps. Additionally, if you select to allow the app to know where your location is “while using the app” opposed to “always” the option to be added to the “table waitlist” won’t work...

App does work for putting on list if you use it right
A few notes:
-You must be within 2 miles of the Commerce Casino in order for your name to go on the list.
-You must keep location services turn “ON” and your location services must be set to “Always on”. If you have your privacy settings as “location only available when app is open, it will not work”
Areas for improvement:
-I wish the quick add was based off the last games I’ve requested to be put on the waitlist for via the app
-Add current wait list initials
-Allow the app to be used AT THE COMMERCE since it’s currently geo-locked if you’re within a certain amount of distance of the casino (this is really frustrating. If someone needs help with the app, they can’t open it in the one place where they can get assistance)
I’m glad an app is available. It’s better than nothing but some minor tweaks would go a long way.

Doesn’t work properly
When I look on the app to check my points, it keeps showing the same amount even though I keep accumulating more.
Also, when I put my name on the board for a game, it never shows up. App needs much improvement.

App Doesn’t Work for Getting on Waitlist
Doesn’t do anything that the Bravo Poker app already does. Can tell you what games are going. But I have tried multiple times to get on the waitlist using the app and it never works. I shoulda known it was too good to be true.

The APP is getting better every week. I’m pumped. Making playing at Commerce easier al the time.
