Don’t bother— call the restaurant instead
The app does not have accurate wait info at all. Listed the wait time as 0-20 minutes, and when we got to the restaurant, they told us an hour and a half.

quite literally the worst app
crashes every time you try to join the waitlist. the staff at cowfish still push for you to use the app to join the waitlist. can't use the app to join the waitlist because the app is absolutely horrendous. stop pushing the app that hasn't seen an update in YEARS. awful. and no one cares.
App doesn't work on a basic level
Keyboard doesn't show up when trying to fill out fields. Can't search for the restaurant. Says reservation system is unavailable, so can't join wait list. It's a straight up terrible app.
Just why…
It looks like they went to a nursing home and had a class on how to make phone apps, then just took one of their creations and put it straight to use. I will never understand it.

SUCH a waste of time!!! Was shopping in North Hills, joined the waitlist, app said 15-30 minutes. In 30 min they texted saying there were now 10 people ahead of us so please head to the booth. As we were headed there it said 5 people in front of us please see hostess. Within 5 minutes we were at the hostess stand and she said it would be at least 30 more minutes. WHAT???? She was also extremely rude. When I asked why I was told 15-30 minutes and told to head to the stand she said the app must have been glitching. Finally it said we were the next table… I then watched 3 parties get seated in front of us. To top it off it was my daughters birthday. My 80 year old parents were there waiting as well. From the time I joined the wait list (and was told 15-30) to the time I was seated it was an hour and 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Have reservations like everywhere else or have a better solution than this app.

Keeps crashing
Yea Noh downloaded for the waitlist that does not even work. App keeps crashing.
Perfect timing!
The app worked perfectly for us. We drove over from Pullem Park and there were five people ahead of us on the wiring list. By the time we got here, we were seated almost right away. This was really appreciated as we had a hungry 22 month old with us.
This app shouldn’t even exist.
The fact that you can’t even speak to a person in order to make a reservation in itself is aggravating.
Therefore you HAVE to download the app. Upon downloading, you can’t make a reservation unless they can access your data, making you give them your location data.
Once agreeing to all of that, there is in fact no way to actually make a reservation; only suggests you’re on a waiting list, yet gives no confirmation.

Poor app developer
The app counts down how close you are to getting a table. But it counts down people in front of you and they are not in minutes. Nowhere on the app does it say that. This developer does not label things. Go somewhere else.When we arrived the app said 38. That was actually a two hour wait.

What a crappy app! You’d think with the reputation Cowfish has you wouldn’t offer such a distasteful experience. It’s like serving crap at your restaurant.
Waitlist doesn’t work.
The app has not been working for me. The Waitlist button and Order online button will not move forward to the next page when it is clicked on.
Does not work
I click to join the waitlist, and it says ‘required input data missing’. I have added comments INT he special request area and included the number in the my group. I have not tried the order online option, but the waitlist option does not work.
Only used with luck once
This worked when we first downloaded. The next time they didn’t have us on the board even though the app showed us. This last time it says info error. This happened even after removing and reinstalling. The hostess said ‘there is nothing we can do if you aren’t on the app.’ Wow.

This is a useless app. Logged in, joined the waitlist and the folks at the restaurant couldn’t find me. Worthless... not sure the purpose except to get my email.
Very useful!
So i visited the restaurant on a busy Friday evening. I signed in using the app when I was 10 miles away from the location, as the app determined. When I arrived, our name was already on the waitlist and we were seated within 20 minutes. If I had not made use of the app, I may have waited over an hour to be seated. I would absolutely recommend it!

Do not use this app!
We were on the waitlist for an hour and a half and when we showed up we “were not on the waitlist”. We then waited 45 more minutes to be seated. It’s easier to just show up an hour before you want to eat.

Fix the app or delete it cowfish
So dumb. Can’t find out the length of wait until you’re on waitlist. Check out Bartaco app please if you’d like to see one that functionally accomplishes the goal of creating a waitlist. You guys are failing miserably with this one.
