App doesn’t work
I downloaded this twice today and it doesn’t show me anything in the app. I want to join but now I’m hesitant.

Can’t recognize if you pay on computer
I paid for the subscription on my computer and the app won’t link with it.
Horrible app
I have the same issue as other users- I’m supposed to have access to the premium content but it will not play. They offered it free for a year if you completed a survey. When I click on the premium content it says I’m subscribed but it WILL NOT PLAY. I have deleted, reinstalled, etc etc etc and nothing changes. I have an iPhone 13. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely no help. So this company basically scammed me (and probably thousands of others) out of our time under false pretenses that we would get free premium app access for a year but they’re app does not work. I see other users have had this exact same issue- it’s dbmethod but they will try to make you think it’s your phone. I’m considering selling my dbmethod because their customer service is pure trash as well as their app.

Machine was a scam
When I bought the machine, they said all their workouts were available for free on YouTube, saying you could get a full body workout with this machine. Now you need to get this app and pay $10/month for the workouts, they are only making new content with all their wildly overpriced accessories, you can’t get a full workout without spending another few hundred dollars on accessories and subscriptions.

Great app! Wish reminder notifications worked
I pay for the apps additional features and I love it! Just wish there were notifications set to remind me to exercise at the same time every day like most apps do. I think they only notify you of updates and new classes.
Machine works great but stop there
The machine itself works great but don’t order anything from the site or company. The dream band is simply a piece of elastic you can order in bulk for a fractional cost. The dream mount will not work with items such as a pop socket. The mat is simply a yoga mat with corporate branding. The videos you can get online for zero cost. I am sorry but the advantage is minimal at best. Save your hard earned funds. If you can purchase the actual product second hand at a lower cost it’s worth the purchase.

The programs are amazing!
I love this app so much, especially the programs. They’re so well designed - all I have to do is pick my goal and then follow the scheduled classes!

Love how you can navigate the app with ease. My favorite feature is the variety of workout programs available that challenge you to consistency by assigning a different workout daily (with rest days sprinkled in) for a period of time ranging from 1 week to 5 weeks. Love love love it as my own built-in personal trainer!

Don’t subscribe
Apple should remove it from the App Store. You subscribe, but it doesn’t acknowledge the subscription so you cannot access any of the workouts. I have gone round and round with customer service, and apparently many others have well. I have wasted every payment I have made to them. Machine works, app doesn’t.

So bad.
This app is absolutely terrible. I get so frustrated with it I end up making up my own workouts and god knows I’m not qualified to do that. It won’t load half the time and you can’t watch it on anything but your phone. My results won’t be as good because I have zero guidance. God speed.
Fix the app!
This app is terrible. I’ve never been able to access the premium content and it always tells me my subscription will renew rather than letting me access content. I’ve installed and uninstalled the app and also done the same for the subscription. It’s a shame too because it looks like the content could be good…

App doesn’t work
This app is horrible! It closes on you seconds in. The machine appears to work, but trying the classes and this subscription is a total joke! I’m just using the machine on my own!
Continually crashes
Discontinuing membership because the app continually crashes when trying to start a workout. I have enough data, no other apps running, phone is up to date on software, and it still happens. Very disappointed!
Ridiculous
Plain and simple, this is another fad that is absolutely ridiculous.
Bad App
I see they only respond to certain reviews! Nothing on the app worth downloading! Offer more free workouts, they are basically the same anyway!! Also how about the 30 day challenge. Take a look at your overall ratings….2 star is not getting you popular I see why you are getting a lot of 1 stars!!!!!

Love the machine- App not so much
You spend all the money on the machine and only get about 8 free workouts on the app. There should be way more than that before having to buy the monthly subscription. Or lower the subscription fee. Not happy
Unusable app that doesn’t recognize subscriptions
I have subscribed and unsubscribed, deleted the app, re-subscribed, nothing works I cannot see any premium videos and it keeps asking me to subscribe when I am already subscribed. Apple Dave’s should have a look at the bugs here and remove this from the App Store until they have fixed the ability to login. There is a restore subscription button which does not work. PS I am using the latest Apple iPhone 13 max. It’s not me. It’s you, DB Method.
