I need a tool to transfer money electronically. Zelle is very important to our business operations

Since the big update there are a lot more options. I enjoy this version better.
Easy to use
This app is easy to use. I can do all my banking and see all my account activity every day if I want.

I wish it had actual monthly statements, in addition to a running list of transactions. Correction: I wish the statements were easier to find.

Mobile App Needs Reworked
Experiencing frequent issues with how much money is exactly in my account. Multiple times I have logged in and my accounts are out of whack, showing the incorrect amount of money, for no reason that I can think of besides it being a mistake on the apps end. All started after the app got updated.

It doesn’t stay up to date
Not bad, but
The app is overall fine, but I have yet to be able to use face recognition so I have to put in my password each time. The new check depositing system worked smoothly.
What are you thinking?
Who implements an app that puts corporate and other business accounts on your personal application? The way my online banking looks today I could transfer hundreds of dollars into my personal acct at a touch of a button! Bad business just bad!
Hate the updates
Difficult to make sense out of all of it. Thinking about switching banks.
The new layout
I do not like the new layout too much going like the old layout better.. but I like having the app just the old one was better
I miss the old app
I miss the old app. This one is a pain in the butt. It doesn’t give you live updates about what you are spending and how much is actually in the account until 24 hours later. And doing anything else takes forever. Considering changing banks because of this.

Problems
Nothing but issues since the new app came on. 2 weeks, still can’t access my accounts. There has been a “ticket” put in for over 2 weeks. Very poor app.
Absolutely horrendous
This new update really made things more difficult from navigating to paying/transferring money. Go back to the old version please!!
