Some locations won’t show up
It’s not letting me view certain locations. I want to see the schedule at Paradise Valley, for example, but then only Avondale shows up, and I can’t get it to show me the PV one.
Hot yoga
I am a huge fan of self care and the student discount they offer as I tread through my doctorate in Psychology. These classes have helped improve my stamina as I celebrate publishing my first book, Happiness is an Inside Job Playbook! I am grateful to the supportive community and teachers that challenge me as I sweat out all the toxins absorbed on the journey.

the foundry is staffed with some of the most impactful people, it’s the most welcoming community that invites you to keep showing up for you.. on my best and worst day, the foundry is where I want to be, it’s my happy place. I genuinely love being in the studio and couldn’t be more grateful to move my body, in a space that allows me to embrace both the process and the progress!

Pretty Awesome.
The facility is top notch. Bathrooms are great plenty of shower stalls. Very clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Guests are very friendly. Five stars for sure.

I mean this is a review of the app not classes i think. the app requires a lot of logging in. it has improved but i am always nit ready for it. then there is info for other places like far from me and i like the idea of having access to thise clubs but do? I would like the app to remember my club so i dont have to do so many things to just see the schedule. But other than that i love hot yoga and the foundey. thank you

I have been doing hot everything for about 6 years at this studio and it has been a game changer!!
I am a dentist so after working on patients on all positions all day I am able to come in and stretch everything back to balance. It’s like a reset button for me.
I am also a martial artist and was getting injured frequently but with hot yoga it has helped me to heal!
