Failure of an update
Latest update promised “Guest Shopping: Browse and start your order right away-no sign-in required!” Nope. I’ve wasted time deleting, restarting, and reinstalling hoping for success. Nope.
But sadly I’ve wasted far more time actually going to my local TFM only to find out it doesn’t stock what I want because it’s a smaller store.
Ultimately, I end up going to the other premium grocery where I know in advance that what I want is in stock (and the aisle number!)

Graceful Shopping
I really enjoy shopping at The Fresh Market !When I walk in the door the peaceful, calm atmosphere and kind helpful people are a fresh reminder that there is still enjoyable grocery shopping .
Love the store brands for so many of the items i buy . I look forward to going to the Fresh Market and always leave in a good mood.

Impossible to navigate
Can’t even search for an item to find out if TFM sells it…
The Fresh Market Rewards Program
Let me start by mentioning the top notch cashier crew. Always kind, smiling, courteous and very helpful. Last week, my cashier, Hope, mentioned a great deal on Wednesdays through The Fresh Market program where if you buy six bottles of wine, you get a 20% discount as well as a lovely wine bag. The Fresh Market rewards program is absolutely stellar. I’m probably in there three or four times a week to take advantage of the excellent daily deals. Their rotisserie chicken, pizzas, fresh meats are always top quality and tasty. You cannot beat the prices and the rewards that they give you on top of it. I highly recommend signing up for the app and rewards program 👍

Not bad, but navigation still poor.
Biggest single issue is finding and managing the grocery list. Whereas it you to just delete after you’d spent time curating the list in preparation for a trip to the store, now it doesn’t delete but requires real effort to retrieve the list. Hard to find. Needs a simple, visible button for one swipe access. Otherwise a pretty good app. Far better on iPad or other large screen than a cellphone. Needed dark mode to make it easier to read. Fix the shopping list conundrum and the app becomes competitive.

Shopping is broken
The Fresh Market App version 16.0.7 does not work. At least the primary functionality of being able to shop is broken.
When I try to Shop or look at my Order History the app just throws an error message “something went wrong while loading the shop”. This has been going on since I installed the app on my iPhone 13 with iOS 26.5.2.

Unhappy Customer
This is the worse update you did to the app. The older app was much more easier to use. This new update i log in and it keeps bringing me back to fill in my name and phone number over and over again. Due to the aggravation I have been going through with your app, I found it necessary to delete the app totally. I am not going to sit for hours signing in over and over again. There are other stores to shop in. This is the worse of the worse app I have encountered.

Useless app
Was ok before latest major upgrade. I still think to look if you have what I want, but logging in is impossible, so I just shop elsewhere.
Horrible update!
The revised app is so slow and glitchy that it is basically impossible to use. I don’t know how they managed to take a perfectly simple and functional app and turn it into such a disaster. I have actually stopped shopping at Fresh Market because this app is so frustratingly slow and glitchy.
A gem of an app
I love how fun and inspiring this app is! It’s intuitive to navigate, easy to shop, and simple to earn rewards all in one place. With daily and weekly content updates, there’s always something new to explore.
I hate it
I usually don’t go to fresh market unless Kroger’s is out of something or I need something unique but they’re forcing me to login if I get logged out of my app for some reason just to see if they carry something that’s annoying

It’s beyond frustrating to complete my shopping, taking four times the amount of time that it used to.
It glitched frequently before.
But now it’s taking forever to refresh. When I look at an item, then go back to where I was scrolling it puts me back at the top of the page.
There’s no intuitive navigation.
I don’t know what yall did. Props for at least attempting to improve I guess?
But whoever built this new app needs to give you a refund because this is embarrassing.

Horrible
Can no longer use the app for anything. I have updated and redownloaded the app but that did not help. The shop option does not work.
Even Better
I love the updated app. I’m able to see what is on offer for members and claim rewards easily. Also love the videos. Can still shop for delivery but so many more reasons to open it.
Worthless App
The recent change has rendered this app completely useless. I tried shopping today with The Fresh Market. It takes too long to open and will not refresh within an appropriate amount of time. It was great prior to this update. The shopping cart no longer appears at the bottom of the app. You can no longer communicate in the app directly with the shopper. This was super convenient before the change. They direct you to Instacart. I will not be shopping or using this app any longer. It is completely worthless. It's too bad, because I really love this store. I don't want an account with Instacart, so I will have to shop somewhere else. It deserve less than one star.

Awful update
I am a former systems designer and can’t believe this update was installed. Did no one actually try it out? I can’t view items from my local store without signing up for a delivery service? Where’s the Search option? Revert to previous version asap. Doesn’t deserve the one star I’m required to tap
Login doesn’t work
Malfunction! Don’t see a reason to keep broken app. It is looping through the login process and doesn’t let to access. Multiple issues seem to be reported since April.
Took me 5 attempts to order a sushi platter
And none of them were successful
Useless Now
The app has been updated, and it’s useless now. You can’t even see the daily specials anymore. Do they still have them? Also, it’s completely pointless to sign up for the rewards because you don’t get any. Been signed up for a year, and I don’t have a single point. Why even have a program? I thin done shopping here. It’s too expensive, anyway.

Horrible overhaul and update of a perfectly functional app
Recently overhauled app is now unusable. Where before it was sometimes glitchy, the app has become unnavigable. I don't even have a cart attached to the cart icon- just a shopping list. A shopping list that I have to press three separate icons/places on the screen to be able to delete an item. What a stupid update. I just want to be able to add items to my cart and use that cart as my list as before. I've been stuck using the Fresh Market cart on the Instacart app of all things.
