No better than using the website
There is no point in having an app at all if you have to sign in every time.
Can’t Redeem Points
Been loving this survey group for years but the app will not scroll down to redeem points. Update needed.
Clunky
Sorry, I didn’t even get past the login screen. The fact that it won’t allow the email and password to auto-populate from the saved passwords on iPhone, is a deal breaker. I’m not sitting here and typing it in each time. Seems archaic. No thanks. It’s way easier and faster on the website. Unless the app gets fixed, it’s worthless.

Useless
The app makes it unnecessarily difficult to log in as it won’t save your info or allow for Face ID login, and then when you are logged in you are rarely ever able to load your profile or any surveys. I have tried to use the app many times and every time I end up going back to my browser because I can’t do anything with this app. Completely useless

Ignored
Several hours ago I installed the app. Created a login and password. Received a message “wrong credentials or technical difficulties.” Requested a temporary password via email. Tired of waiting fo a response. Uninstalled the app.

Can’t actually put this as an app on my phone. Always need to access it through or with a password
Needs a lot of work
Went to do a 45 minute survey, kept getting logged out and signing back in. Got frustrated enough I signed in to the browser and it didn’t save any of the survey. Went to hop back in the app and the survey was gone. Had maybe another 5 minutes left.
Not great
The app takes along time to do anything. Log in, open surveys, etc.
Small things I’ve noticed…
First let me say I like how I now have the ability to access my account on my phone through an easy to navigate app, and that no data is collected, but there are some small things I’ve noticed.
The points tab icon is just the command key icon.
There’s no Passkey, Face ID, or Touch ID integration which is much more secure than having to constantly type your login info, also this app has no MFA. Both should be implemented if security is as important as your cybersecurity department says it is.
The icons on the bottom are a bit too high, all the icons are a hair away from touching the white line at the top of the bar it’s contained in.
The “Surveys” and “My Account” tabs have a grey border when you select it but the points tab has a smaller grey border. The sign in page also has a grey border, which confuses me because it could be all white and would make the sign in page look cleaner. But sadly none of them fully envelopes your phone’s width.
Personally would love to have no borders, and possibly a bit more green accents so the app has a bit more life and energy to it! Like a green line separating the icon bar from the page you’re currently on. As well as on the “Surveys” tab (Available Surveys and Survey History) and “Points” tab (Redeem Points and Point History) changing the underline to green.

I’ll stick with the website for now. Released to prematurely. Fetching info takes 1-2 minutes? And it cannot autofill passwords.
App Needs Work
After logging in, it says, “Fetching your information - this can take 1-2 minutes,” but when I check back, I’ve been logged out due to inactivity.
Login expired
I’d be nice to remain logged in instead of timing out :)
