Download was fine
After 4 minutes of tutorial gameplay the game froze. For the support they report to have the developers sure screwed this one up. Hard pass unless there are bug fixes.

This game has been around a many number of years. I remember running a goodfellas crew back in the day. May come back and get into the game some. I’ll spend some money if you make one of a kind offers for me that I like. Though I’m not sure if I really see a point in playing this for other than a status in a game. I’ll rate 5 depending on what offers I get.

What can I say.. If your a Godfather fan the Lore is Great but this developer has Made the fame so complex that the basic stuff is horribly done. For instance there are 20 citys with 200 players so there are tons of dead citys. To transport in your city is 3500 gold coins to shield its 800 The only way to get gold is buying it.. none ever given out. They have tons of city vs city events but you cant go there because it resets your player. Then the active people you try to attack on your map is too far away. Yet if you have a powerful enemy close by you cant transport away.. So Many Flaws in such a great game. COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER.

Customer service
Game is fun…. BUT…. If you get Star in the customer service chat consider yourself as good as screwed. Might as well kiss your money goodbye. They are terrible. Won’t listen. Doesn’t help. Worst support I’ve ever experienced. Had to start new account and will make sure to never deal with them again.
