If you want a trusted, interactive and personalised tool for intentional Christ-like formation…

This is such a fabulous tool to help you grow in your walk with God. Not only are there Scripture passages for each day, but there are interactive pathways on all aspects of the Christian life. You can let the salient points sit with you or you can engage with your AI companion to explore things further - as much as you want. There are many translations of the Bible available for comparison and they can be read aloud to you, as can the pathways, in a choice of voices. You can highlight verses and save them, and you can save and share your reflections, if desired. It really makes you think and retain the Word so much more than just reading a passage and a commentary. There are lots of pathways from many different respected Christian pastors and content creators to choose from, and they are growing all the time. Highly recommend as an invaluable tool for intentional daily formation.

Spiritually Motivating

I’ve been using The Good Word App daily and it has been a wonderful comfort and companion for emerging in the Word of God. You have a wonderful selection of moderators and selection of pathways to immerse yourself. It is visually appealing and the process comforting. I love the ability to use an AI at the end to review some of my thoughts about the scriptures covered within that particular pathway. I love the various options of guides. The fact you can have a “look back” on your progress within this app is wonderful for keeping track of your progress. The personal videos from moderators is great! The options of topics is convenient. I highly recommend making this a part of your daily routine for a daily spiritual journey

In Depth Relationship with God

The Good Word provides amazing pathways in growing in relationships with God. All I’ve ever know was religion and Madeline Grace has helped me grow in relationship with God with the Jesus Challenge. The Good Word is an amazing tool to go more in depth in the Word. 10/10 would recommend 🤍🕊️

Amazing app.

This app has been industrious in helping me build back who I am in my darkest moment. It’s also helped to guide me to who I want to be. Being baptized Catholic and well connected to the church (long ago) this app has really pushed me to answers I’ve been seeking. Religion aside, the teachings are useful to anyone and everyone. The best app out there!

The Good Word has been so helpful in guiding me to learn and understand how God wants us to live our everyday lives. The Pathways are mini Bible studies and the AI feature really lets you dig deeper into scripture by asking you questions or letting you pose the question. This is one of my favorite aspects of this app.

Deep and Practical

This app is both deep and incredibly practical. This app goes beyond surface-level inspiration and gives me something I can actually apply to my everyday life. It has challenged the way I think, I reflect more intentionally, and it has given me practical tools for spiritual formation. The Ai and journaling feature add another layer of depth, helping me process and engage with what I’m learning.

Intimacy with God 💕

I absolutely love the opportunity that this app presents, it feels so intimate and guided. Powerful devotions and tools found in this app are so helpful! I am excited to spend the next year using this app to keep me accountable to my time and walk with the Lord. Sometimes being in ministry gets so busy that I can find it a struggle to just pause the world and focus on the only thing that truly matters, time in the word and in the presence of Jesus.

Useful Tool

I loved how this app creates space for reflection. The pathways pose some deep questions that helped me dig deeper into my heart posture. I also love that it has the optional chat feature, so having a way to journal and reflect through the scripture is really helpful. I’m still learning all the apps features but love it so far ! Very solid and the team behind it did a phenomenal job! 🙌🙏

The Good Word App is a winner!

I’ve tried several daily devotional apps and “The Good Word” stands out for how easy and thoughtful it is. The experience felt clean and intentional, nothing cluttered or overwhelming. Setting it up took almost no time, and the personalized daily devotionals feel generally tailored to me rather than generic! I highly recommend the app!

Exactly what I needed in season

I've only recently started using this app, but it has already been such a blessing during this season of my life. The app is incredibly easy to use, and I've been surprised by how much I'm already learning about God's Word.

The guided devotionals have been especially meaningful. They have brought me so much peace, encouragement, and healing as I've been seeking to grow closer to the Lord. This app truly feels like an answer to prayer, and I'm so grateful I found it.

It’s not actually free AT ALL

Nothing against the makers of this app, I bet it’s amazing (when you can actually use it). I downloaded this because it popped up as an add on TikTok and I read the reviews which were ironically all fantastic and singing praises to this app.
When I first downloaded it, I started doing stuff out and thought “I wonder what the catch is because this seems too good to be true”. Turns out, it is too good to be true. After filling out all my info, my goals, what I feel I am looking forward to from this app, etc., it says that it’s $69.99/year to use. I looked everywhere on the app for any sort of free version and nothing.
I’m super disappointed because I was really looking forward to this

It’s rare to find an app on the App Store that’s truly devoted to glorifying the Lord rather than pushing subscriptions or making a profit. From the moment I saw this project, it was clear that its purpose is to help people grow closer to God. The devotionals and guided pathways have been super encouraging, making it easier to stay consistent and intentional in my daily walk with Christ. If you’ve ever struggled with reading Scripture or praying regularly, this app is an incredible resource. It’s been a genuine blessing, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants get deeper with the Lord.
