Made for the big screen
The ability you read the Guardian online in a way that is indistinguishable from the print format is a wonderful feature of Guardian Editions - all of which makes it incomprehensible that readers are limited to the tiny screens on their phones. Would it be so difficult to make a windows app. It would be magnificent. David Wilson

Good app online, offline flaky
When online this app is excellent but if trying to read in ‘airplane mode’ it is extremely flaky, despite the edition being downloaded.

Great for sight impaired ‘reader’
As a sight impaired Guardian supporter I’d be unable to access it without the ‘listen’ option. And the AI voice is one of the best around. Thank you 🙂

Best for food and media together with trustworthy editorial values

Useless unless online
Useless unless online. You download with signal, you open in an area without signal and it desperately tries to update whilst erasing what you have downloaded. It’s rubbish
