Very hard to cancel subscription
It took me long time to figure out how to cancel. This is extraordinary terrible.
Wallet
The gym is good, just a little pricy which is understandable since I'm the only one inside the gym. However I have a problem with the way you guys set up the wallet. I have $5 left in my wallet but when I book a new session which costs $9, I can't use the $5 in my wallet at all. I have to either top up the wallet or pay the full $9. Most online services which offers ewallet allows me to use up all the money in my ewallet. This is a shady way of doing business. Unless you guys update the app and allow me to use finish the money in my wallet, I'm not going to top up money or make booking again. Thanks.

Do Not Book PT/Coaching Session with This Apps
I booked a session for PT/Coaching session with the application. Based on information given, the admin will contact me to arrange first PT/Coaching Session maximum 3 business days after purchase.
3 days past and i not heard any follow up, so i decide to contact them via ig. Turns out, they haven’t even confirm the coach/PT schedule. So i waste my days for nothing??
After that, they said the PT/coach refuse because he live too far from the location, and therefore i ask for refund instead.
Bad experience - no compensation given and i haven’t got my money back. Stay away!

Shame on Developer
how do you even sleep at night knowing that you create this meaningless and complex app in a time where everything now is easier due to the technology advancement? why do we even have to verify our number for each booking sessions?
I mean if you can’t properly develop an app you just use it conventionally with QR code scan or anything. Is it because you having a trust issue then you seem to assume that everything can be solved through developing an app?

Error at sign up
I was so excited to use this app but keep getting an error when I try to sign up. Kept deleting and de-downloading the app, hoping I would get a different outcome. So disappointing!!!
Give wife beat
Last time I go the big gym at Taka, my wife question me everytime. I changing to this no have to pay the subscription. Heart also not pain when I don’t go. My wife say I go gym see girl again. So I prove to her. I make booking and bring her, suay suay when we enter got 2 very chio girls wif big nehneh. 🤦♂️ end up that night I sleep in living room. But I still give 5 star cos very convenient and affordable. I pay for my wife member now everytime she go wif me.

Amazing
Love, love, love the Gym pod. I have so much anxiety going in a crowded gym and the gym pod helps with the anxiety. I can have the pod to myself, connect to their Bluetooth speakers, and schedule sessions when I can.
Great Idea, Terrible Support
The app and idea are great, but god help you if you leave your phone in one of the gyms. There’s literally no way to contact anyone (except by email) so you’ll be completely screwed.
It should be a legal requirement for such apps to have a local support number you can contact in case you need help.

Poor customer support
I had ten hours in town and was ecstatic to work out, but I was unable to find the pod with the directions provided. I reached out to customer support via multiple means and didn’t hear back until I was already gone. No refund or discount was given upon request, despite my spending over an hour trying to make my reservation work.

App Works Great but No Gym Cleaning
The app works great but after numerous emails they can’t seem to provide proper cleaning in the facility that I use. Doesn’t appear to be appropriate given the small space and no cleaning products to wipe down equipment as an example!
Gym Pod closed without any warning
The 6-pax GRID Gym Pod in Pasir Ris Carpark D was closed without ANY warning. I spent over $1k on it last year including the start of this year.
I also bought the membership recently because I thought I could use the discounted pricing. All the other Gym Pods in the east are now TOO small to fit 4-6 people.
I’m frustrated because I wasn’t given a heads-up or reason for the closure of the Gym Pod in carpark D even when I contacted customer support.
Also, the air conditioning and equipment for certain pods are terrible. Now, me and 5 other people I gym with are all going to subscribe to Anytime Fitness. Peace.

Can’t book pod for upcoming trip to Singapore
I’m in DC and it limits me to 2 Chicago based pods, I can’t reserve a pod for my upcoming trip to Singapore.

I can’t login, was on the new password form and whatever char it needs I entered but it says invalid submission. Another friend unable to reset also, gg

Rumble @ Pasir Ris Park Carpark D
Came with a friend to Rumble @ Pasir Ris Park Carpark D pod to exercise for 1.5 hours on 14 March 2023. I was told that the speed bag was not working in the equipment, however, when I went there the double end bag was busted and the boxing spar bar foam padding came off while I was using it. It was already loose before but I didn’t know so when I was punching the bar and it swing back and forth. The foam padding on the bar came off and it hit me in my left jaw extremely hard. I have wrote the feedback in the gympod app and I am disappointed by what they told me on 15 March 2023. They offered me 15% off on my next booking with Rumble @ Pasir Ris Carpark D. Which will be expiring on 29 March 2023. You dare to give me an expiration date and only 15% off? Hello, your stupid faulty equipment hit my left jaw. Luckily it wasn’t serious but all I get is 15% off? Ridiculous! I do not recommend anyone to go to Rumble @ Pasir Ris Park Carpark D due to the crappy environment and equipments. Beware for Rumble @ Buangkok Square Mall too. Could be the same management.
