Says it’s emailing a code to the correct email but it doesn’t come.

This is app is making me want to change health providers. Let that sink in HCF..

Unable to login even though I used same credentials for HCF app.
Couldn’t even login
I couldn’t even login using my existing HCF app login details. Pathetic.
Cannot even log in to use it
Hopeless app. I’m stuck in an endless loop of identity verification and can’t even log in to use it. I’ve contacted customer support countless times over an extended period, but nothing has ever been resolved. I’ve finally given up.
It’s hard not to conclude that this is a “rewards” app HCF doesn’t really want members to use. The whole experience feels tokenistic, as though the rewards program exists for marketing purposes rather than to genuinely provide value or improve the customer experience.
