SLOW web site
App is OK but web site is stupid slow.

The app used to allow me to choose the store I want to shop from on the fly. Now I’m locked into one store. If there’s an item where I want to check other stores, my only option is ‘ add to cart’ instead of just switching to that store. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating.

Before you can put the SKU and change locations with just taping the location y the product will stay with the location change

Not great
Slow and signed me out just like as if it was a website. This app essentially functions just like the website instead of an app which defeats the purpose. Apps should be frictionless, fast and know the account that installed it.
I’d rather eat glass
This is the worst app ever. Searching for items is slow, ordering is terrible, and the interface with PayPal has got to be the worst of any app I’ve used. I LOVE Home Depot, but they hired a wagon full of monkeys to develop their app. I’ll never buy with the app again.

This app is so slow. I feel like I have to enter one letter at a time when using the search function that actively searches while you’re trying to type. The app is so slow to load and jumps around so much, the screen moves just as you decide what to click on. It must just be bloated. Crazy that we have AI these days but our apps still run like it’s 1995.

I went to place an order and seen where I could apply for a Credit Card and receive $25.00 off. Did all of that. Got the card. Placed the order and was charged full price, no discount. Called customer service and no help there. This is fraud.
Awesome
Great app save me tons of time. I used to Amazon for a lot of stuff Depot sells but now with delivery and being able to find everything so much easier I find I use Depot a lot more

Convenient ordering process, very easy to find items that I need and good selection. As long as the delivery process is prompt and free, I’m remaining a customer.

Easy Ordering
I like that I can look up what I need, put it in my cart, place my order and have it delivered to my house. No 45 minute drive to the store. No walking the aisles looking for what I need. Quick and easy no hassle no fuss.
Showed avail and plenty in stock
When I went to the store to buy the Ryobi 25 cc Weedwhacker that was shown online to have seven in stock got to store and they said we don’t have it. We have not carried gas ones in over two or three years.

New version is a resource hog
Takes forever to search. Heats up my phone and battery declines very fast. Bring back the old version.
Slow search
The recent update makes searching slow. It is doing the search while your type and something is not fast enough. Also for some reason once I search I cannot select the items to look at the detailed specks. I do kot under stand why you keep fixing things that are not broken.
