Can’t sign in anymore
Suddenly a few days ago app says “sign in error. An unexpected error occurred”. I uninstalled it and restarted the phone. I contacted HD. They said they would open a ticket and someone would contact me. Never heard from anyone. App wasn’t that great before either but now it’s useless and annoying.
Not working on iPad after upgrade
Requiring picking the store first before anything, but there’s no button allowing the confirmation to go to the next step.

mediocre experience on iPhone 13
This latest update is the nail in the coffin for the Home app. It may the app unusable on my iPhone 13 the search bar Chris anticipate as I type, but it lags behind my typing. In other words, I have to type extremely slowly in my attempt to search for something and wait after each letter for these suggestions too catch up.. the search experience has been abysmal for a long time, but this takes the cake. While HD leadership congratulate themselves for having such an amazing search AI implementation I’m going to excuse myself and use any other website .

Just completing of building a new home. The HD has been instrumental in completing our home. From lights to generator pad we not only picked up from our Jackson or Coldwater stores many items like roles of drain pipe were shipped next day to our home quickly and no delivery fee!

Been at this store for years. Always friendly and helpful. Never a question if I have to return an item.
Worst app on my phone - errors galore.
I spend around $10k/yr on hardware items. Almost all of it goes to Lowe’s because their app always works and the items are ready for pickup very expediently. I can’t event navigate the HD app when it does open - always getting error messages.
Problem with app
The search bar lags and doesn’t work most of the time and is causing the whole app to lag and not work properly! Please fix has been an ongoing issue, with several others complaining too!

Good, but battery vampire
Want to shop for your home upgrades at home? This app is for you. Also want an app that eats an iPhone 17’s battery at 3% per 10 minutes—you’re going to love your experience.
They need to fix their UI and quit trying to harangue me with their ‘sponsored results’ (ads) so I can actually accomplish what I want.
Other thing I cannot stand is how the app will literally duplicate results on subsequent pages and pretend it has more results than it does. Hence the battery draw; it literally overwhelms the processor when performing the process of duplicating the results.
As a person who HATES their time to be wasted, this app, while handy, succeeds in making me not want to shop at all.

I love this site, I shop online, put it in my cart, go to the store, look at all the selections of products, and buy it. The app shows the isle things are in. I order online and pick up and I love the delivery service. Good job Home Depot!!
Slow, freezes, lots of bugs
Horrible app for such a large company. Constantly freezes or runs slow. Lots of bugs such as bulk rate being applied only sometimes for the same item in the same session. Get some better programmers!!

Website is very difficult for one to change store pickup site. It not very friendly user it took over 30 minutes.
