SLOW Speed
App is running as slow as evolution. I’ve been trying to place an order for TWO DAYS. Why? Because each search, each scroll, each CLICK takes a ridiculously looooooong time. My internet speed test is lightning fast… device isn’t doing any taxing background activities, this is on the app. At least the items are staying in my cart, hopefully can place order eventually. Speed it up please, thanks!

My favorite store for all things needed to remodel my house
I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot. They have almost everything you can think of to remodel your house and if you buy something and it’s not right returning it is a breeze.
App seems to work very slow
The app needs some work. Wish it would allow me to use the web browser but forces open the app. App caused my iPhone to over heat while flipping through tabs. iPhone 12 so it is older but has never over heated on any other apps.
Home Depot
I always have the ease of on line ordering of goods from Home Depot and delivery is always on time and accurate.

This app is painful to use. So slow and continually returns to a previous page.

My last order with Home Depot I don’t know if it’s the people that delivery, but I didn’t get my whole order and item was missing. I would hope no items will be missing from this sale. Thank you.

The newest version of this app is trash. For some reason the SEARCH feature wants to think after you type every letter, slowing the app to a crawl and making it UNISABLE.

Worst app performance on the globe
As a well seasoned IT professional, when i have to spend more than an hour to get an online order tied to a house app to work, i boil over. Happens time after time with HD. That’s why my last $9000 worth of big box orders went to Lowe’s!

Door window replacement made EASY!
Not all super heroes wear capes…some wear orange aprons! Mike in Millwork saved the day as this layman didn’t understand the measuring process as compared to what the manufacturer had as the sizes available BUT Mike did. So a new window replacement is on its way! Thanks Mike!
Don’t push your credit card
When I’m trying to check out with Apple Pay, I don’t appreciate you not accommodating me and insisting that I have to try to apply for a credit card!!!

Saw the update needed in the corner. Don’t allow automatic updates as you never know what’s gonna happen these days. New update sucks. Cant choose my store , its default set by zip code and location I guess. Yet it makes me shop the store across town , not the one 2.5 miles as the crow flies !! Go to change store and says something about changing stores yada yada. And then , shopping same store across town. And it’s not even easier to navigate. Since I can’t use the app to find what I need at store I’m shopping. The Lowe’s app works fine. And it’s across the street from the store , the app won’t let me shop !! Spent almost $ 30,000 last year in my two local depots. $ 50,000 the year before. Sure lowes will love the depot funds added to their usual money the collect from our company !!
