Scan and pay too many clicks to find it.
I wish the Home Depot app made eGift cards much easier to access when using Scan & Pay. Right now it takes too many clicks to find a gift card that’s already saved to my account. It would make much more sense to have a gift card shortcut right on the bottom navigation bar whenever a balance is available.
When you’re standing in line with people waiting behind you, having to dig through multiple screens is frustrating and slows down the checkout process. This seems like a common-sense improvement that would make the app much more convenient for customers.

Love the free delivery option
For items that don’t require selection, or that I don’t need immediately, the free delivery option is a huge lift. Thank you HD!

Placed order for store pick up
I placed an order for store pick up and it will not arrive till next week I then place the order that ship to my address and it arrives tomorrow. Wow

Order was refused, on the first attempt; it’s the internet, so, NO REASON GIVEN; was successful, upon the second attempt !!!!!
App needs work
The app is slow to load and is very glitchy. When it does load, the page gets stuck in a loop and keeps reloading or the page goes blank right after it loads.
Delivery?
I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes round trip with the assumption (you said it was ready for pickup). Wasn’t there. Curbside informed me, I’d have to order it online. Gas is over $ 3.50. You owe me $7.50 for mishandling the truth. ( Easy way of saying lied)

Free delivery offer is misleading
The app is misleading when delivery is an option. On the app when I went to place the order, beside the product was. FREE / delivery that was not true. This item is not available for free delivery. It is available for a cost delivery.

App is inconsistent
Searching for items, the app shows the selected product and then the screen clears showing a blank page. Pretty useless.
App does not work as intended.
Constantly freezes up and needs to be refreshed. Widget doesn’t work. If you swipe to a different app for any period, you lose your search in the HD app. Paying or checking balances on credit cards is overly complicated. Sad thing is, out of all the hardware stores, it’s still the best app. I have the latest phone with the latest OS and the latest version of the app. All these bugs are still a problem.
