Can not find the live stream in the app
App needs to sort out their profile management
I am already an iClassPro pro customer with another gym, completing the registration flow with my kids swim school didnt recognise this and overwrote all passwords, now I need to go back and do a full reset for the original gym login. I’m one person, why treat me as a different customer just because two different organisations are using your platform??

Can’t add classes to cart
App doesn’t let me add classes or open swim time to cart and I end up calling to schedule. This defeats the purpose of

This is very easy to use! Very simple and makes life easier!
Issue with evaluations
Overall an ok app however can’t open the evaluations as quickly as the other menus. The spinning icon just spins and often times out.
Fix bugs please.
Every few months when there’s an update, the app shows a spinning wheel for the classes I need to book. Or it doesn’t show the classes at all. Please test and fix BEFORE releasing updates!
Can’t log in
I can’t log in. I’ve tried a few different things but it says, “account not found”.
Not easy to use at all
The first and only question asked when opening the app for the first time is the account name for your organization. None of the names I enter that are associated with my gym have a match. This should be much easier and I shouldn’t need to contact my gym to figure out how to access the app.

Can’t get past the first screen because you have to put a name and it doesn’t give you a list or ability to look up the organization

This thing can’t even find my organization, let alone log me in. Absolutely useless.

This app doesn’t let you manage classes, just view them. It’s completely useless you have to use the web portal for any changes.

Upon login you must search for your organization. It doesn’t show you a list of organizations to choose from, it just randomly assigns you to an organization with a similar name. So fliptastic for instance, puts me in a group located in Oklahoma, with no option to choose a different group with the same name (looking for fliptastic located in Ohio.) so it’s useless. Can’t login without first selecting your organization and can’t functionally search for an organization.

Displays no details
App doesn’t display class details, whereas web version does. Cannot see a single piece of information through this app. Extremely poor.
Does not work
This app used to work (kind of). Now, no matter how many times I update it it’s still not working. I cannot use any piece of the app. It doesn’t even show my kid enrolled in her class that she is definitely enrolled in. Nothing works anymore.
Needs updating
App constantly says there’s a notification when there’s nothing, can’t view progress notes after grading - cant even view past ones anymore and the app constantly glitches and boots you out.
Not user friendly
Can’t even get to the login page. Asks for organization name and just comes back with an error
