Update makes it nonfunctional
I used to shop on this occasionally. App updated and now it’s impossible to browse or search for specific items. Really bad user experience. Will not be using again.

I hardly shop in person now with The Iconic my favourite app for fashion & sale items. They’re brilliant in their service and returns policy. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting the latest fashions at decent prices.

THE WORST!!!
This app has been the WORST to deal with in the past few MONTHS. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and it’s never been this bad. The amount of glitching and freezing to the point where every few scrolls down it freezes. If I click on an item it almost ALWAYS comes up as an error message which then I have to press the retry button multiple times just for it to reload the product. And don’t even get me started trying to search for an item, completely irrelevant filters and items just pop up and flood the app. I literally just end up closing the app out of frustration and don’t even want to purchase anything anymore. What’s even worse is their automated responses to general customer concerns/complaints. SO many of your customers are having the same issues as me and nothing has been done about it for months. No care whatsoever. I’m deleting the app

When it works, it works great
When this app is working, it’s great. But more often than not, the app is glitchy, isn’t easy to navigate back from a item page, often clicking on a brand (repeatedly) doesn’t work, overall super buggy most of the time.
Not user friendly
App is hard to navigate and the filter categories are always polluted with other items that don’t match. Adding wish list items to a board is difficult and often stops working. Website is much easier to navigate, I would not choose to purchase through the app.

Overpriced items
Paid $282.25 for an item a 33 days ago, today I saw the same item has been price matched at $189. Contacted customer service who cannot help as it has been over 30 days since purchase, can even return the item as missed the return window. Informed customer service is a shame that they have lost a loyal customer over their overpriced products and also lack of customer support and empathy.
