I have ordered product from Indus valley. After I washed the product, it got rusting. When I contacted them through customer care, They didn’t respond. I posted this in Instagram page comments section. They called me after that. They asked me to send pictures. They accepted the rusting. But their reply was so irritating. The return should be in 7 days after the delivery. So they wont get it back ah. They gave me idea how to remove rusting. Team, what about the quality? Is this quality of the product. Very disgusting. Product is too good, i thought i can buy more products from them. After the rusting and their beautiful reply, I will never purchase the products from them. Such a scam. Products should be more quality when compared to price. Very very disappointing. Dont buy from them. waste of money. They didn’t care about rusting problem. Most importantly they deleted all the comments which i have posted in instagram comments section

Unable to deliver the prepaid items even after 1 and half month and finally they cancelled the order, unavailability of customer care service helpline

Horrible post sales support
Horrible experience, the cooker size is not as expected they refused for exchange during first week after delivery. Now the cooker handle got broken within a month.
