Weird Policies and Useless Customer Support
The worst application to use, along with absurd exchange and return policy, the application does have apt tracking of the order and has worst customer service support .
Please take care before getting carried away by the product description and demo.

Very disappointed service and product quality
I have ordered product from Indus valley. After I washed the product, it got rusting. When I contacted them through customer care, They didn’t respond. I posted this in Instagram page comments section. They called me after that. They asked me to send pictures. They accepted the rusting. But their reply was so irritating. The return should be in 7 days after the delivery. So they wont get it back ah. They gave me idea how to remove rusting. Team, what about the quality? Is this quality of the product. Very disgusting. Product is too good, i thought i can buy more products from them. After the rusting and their beautiful reply, I will never purchase the products from them. Such a scam. Products should be more quality when compared to price. Very very disappointing. Dont buy from them. waste of money. They didn’t care about rusting problem. Most importantly they deleted all the comments which i have posted in instagram comments section
