Fraud scheme
I joined the 11-month gold saving scheme and paid around ₹1,10,000 over one year. During redemption, I received only 9.9 grams of gold.
The shocking part is that the scheme benefit was calculated only on the amount I paid, not on the actual gold value at redemption. I got a benefit of only around ₹1,400, while the current value of 9.9 grams gold is close to ₹1,45,000.
This means I lost more than ₹30,000 compared to buying gold directly or investing separately. The scheme terms and redemption calculation were not explained clearly.
My suggestion: avoid these 11-month gold schemes unless you fully understand how the gold quantity and redemption value are calculated. Investing in Gold ETF/SIP and later buying physical gold may be a much better and transparent option.

Sold policy with all false advertising
When we signed the Flexi Gold policy, they promised that there wouldn’t be any making charges. However, they are committing fraud. They charged 18% making charges, and they ask us to buy gold for the exact price or more. They do not refund the money, which is different from what they promised. Never buy their policies.

Login Every Time – ‘Remember Me’ is Useless
Even with “Remember Me” checked, the app logs me out every single time I close it. Killing and reopening the app forces me to log in again, making the feature feel completely broken. It’s frustrating to have to enter credentials every time, especially when this should be a basic function. Please fix this so the app is actually convenient to use.

The owner/developer of the platform doesn’t care about the fixing the major bugs. The app doesn’t allow to make payment.
