Very high making charges and store salesman forces you to buy there monthly plan
Making charges are very high even for simple and plain jewellery. And worse than that if you visit store sales person will force you to buy there monthly plan. They will eat up hours in stores in order to sell the plan and try to emotionally blackmail you by saying it will help them to reach their target. Don’t visit store if you don’t want to waste hours in store . Online shopping experience is also pathetic deliveries of high value order delayed by weeks without any communications , you will end up following on their Customer care numbers and chat and you will even not get any compliant number or ticket id to track so every time you have to explain issue from beginning you call the customer care.

App super slow and insance making charges
I always liked the designs for bluestone however since 2-3 years they are charging insanely high making charges up to 50% on some jewellery pieces!!! Most of their jwellery has more than 35% making charges for 18k or 14k which makes no sense!!!! If you continue like this then regular customers will definitely switch

Too high making charges
The making charges are absurd(upto 47-48%) Gold prices is higher than any other jeweller They even beat tanishq at making charge and gold prices Plus the boxes that they give are so pathetic made of paper that even starts to come off as the glue gets weak. Total profit oriented company with no respect for customer experience . Being a regular customer now i wont think of buying anything from here.

Bad Payment Pathway
I was trying to order 4 ornaments in bluestone and even on 6 to 7 times of attempt the payment didn’t work to me. So today I decided to check with 1 item, payment is successful without order confirmation…..since 40 mins the payment processing fee page is rotating, this is weird.

Irritating calls
Whenever i try to browse something in the app someone or other always calls me on my phone number directly without my consent! Can’t a customer browse the products in peace???? Why all the people of bluestone has to call me every time!!!! This is soo irritating and unprofessional. I have not given my consent to call me all the time or at all. Please stop calling
