Convenient for schemes
I’ve been using this app for keeping my schemes active and my monthly EMI payments are being managed through this app with no payment failures and it is been stable So far. I wish the catalog load a little faster compared to others.

This app is not accessible For The Blind, who they are using the app with screen readers
As I said about this app is not accessible, I am using iPhone 17 Pro Max with VoiceOver screen reader, and while selecting the branch, it is not accessible. I am unable to select the branch for adding my purchase plan.

Worst app - payment issue
Every time I try to make a monthly installment payment, the app throws an error at the payment type selection screen. Despite the error, the system marks the payment as “in progress” or “awaiting confirmation,” even though no payment has been completed. As a result, I'm unable to retry the payment and have to wait up to 7 working days for the system to reset. This causes unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

This app doesn’t work in uk
App is useless it never works in uk. It just shows a blank. How will the people outside india would access this?. Why should we pay for some vpn to access this app. Not a friendly app
