Sold policy with all false advertising
When we signed the Flexi Gold policy, they promised that there wouldn’t be any making charges. However, they are committing fraud. They charged 18% making charges, and they ask us to buy gold for the exact price or more. They do not refund the money, which is different from what they promised. Never buy their policies.

Login Every Time – ‘Remember Me’ is Useless
Even with “Remember Me” checked, the app logs me out every single time I close it. Killing and reopening the app forces me to log in again, making the feature feel completely broken. It’s frustrating to have to enter credentials every time, especially when this should be a basic function. Please fix this so the app is actually convenient to use.

One bug gets cleared only to introduce others
App gets crashed and it never opens. There is no face id usage to login. I think Apple has to bring a minus star rating only for this app.

I can’t able to open the app in IOS device. Before update I can open & login the app but I can’t make the payments. After update it’s totally changed because I can’t able to open the app also. Who will solve this?

Pathetic app! I use this for my monthly schemes in my iPhone. Never works as intended and it eats my time by not working. The latest 3.5 version crashes immediately after install. Not sure who is developing this app. Basic testing itself is not done.
