Logging in is a nightmare!

It is a mystery how you log into this app. It never accepts the password created and when I select ‘forgot password’ it takes me to the Aliv app log in page but doesn’t re-route you back to the List app!? The service reps on the phone can’t assist, their IT personnel can’t assist so I’m forced to physically go into an Aliv store just to log into this stupid app! For this reason It is the WORST app I have ever used!!
