Actually Garbage
You can’t schedule a pickup for a specific time. Half the time you have to put a bunch of different locations to get it to even work to pick you up. You put you want to leave 12:45 it shows you a bus that comes at 12:15-12:25 saying it won’t be later than 12:40 that’s not what I asked for and you already had to select a location much farther than you’d prefer so you wouldn’t even get to the stop in time because they get there stay for a minute and leave. Nobody likes this just give us the normal schedule back. It was so much easier to use and occasionally call in a ride. Go back to the set schedules smh. And the micro bus doesn’t even run as late as the normal bus so you leave town about noon get back by 5 and have to find someone to pick you up since the bus won’t take you all the way in town because the MicroBus is there but it stops running by 5. Just do better.

I get disrespected a lot by some ladies working at the transpo, they hung up on me today and while on call gave me a lot of attitude.
