Outdated
This app is outdated and can’t keep with the progression in technology. It’s beginning to seem that it is inoperable on the weekend almost once a month. There’s no notification (email or text) stating the app being down with how long it’s expected to be down. If these issues don’t get fixed, it would constitute switching banks. With the constant app issues and the lack of updating the debit cards to have tap, there seems to be a disconnect from advancing in the technology/banking world.

Not working
My app hasn’t worked in multiple weeks but works fine for my friends and family if they have android I have apple and I can’t log in

Please change this app back to old version. I cannot at a glance review an account. It does not fit my screen. It takes to many actions to view a particular transaction. Loved the old version!
Constant issues
Napoleon bank seems to have constant issue with their app/mobile banking.
Issues
I love this app and have been using it for a year. Just recently it won’t let me login it keeps saying technical difficulties. And it’s been doing this for a week. And it’s making me mad that I can’t check out balance unless I go to the atm. Please fix it.
