Terrible!
This app exists to support a premium London club membership and its services. It’s diabolical, it crashes, blank pages and hangs. I’m using the latest iPhone and iOS!?

The app will let you set your default club but won’t let you filter so that only events in that club show up. (As an aside, NYC has terrible events compared to the London and Doha clubs, both in quantity and quality.) Table bookings through the app are so buggy that you have to resort to emailing the club. Really poor user experience for something you are paying to be a member of.

Crashes or freezes all the time
Useless app. Have had to delete and reload three times already and every page has a problem. Blanks, freezing, crashing. Really frustrating
Can’t get past sign up.
This app repeatedly crashes on the notifications page so it’s impossible to complete set up and therefore impossible to actually use the app!

The app keeps freezing when I get to the “contact membership team” page

It crashes whilst being set up. Got to “Contact membership team” which the App forces you to do and then nothing happens and the app won’t proceed. So no setting up Ned Pay or whatever else the app is supposed to offer. Disappointing and wastes time.
