Most menu items do not have images or even a good description of the food.
With their prices constantly going up and unpredictable quality, I have been ordering less and less from their app or them as a whole.

I like everything about Mels. For years I have been dining here and on every occasion I’ve been treated to excellent food and outstanding customer service. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the other customers seem to enjoy the vibe as much as I do. Everywhere you look there’s wonderful memorabilia from past times and with respect to the Grocery Outlet, the music is the best! Thanks Mels!😊

We ordered the crispy chicken classic Melburger and the chicken bacon, cheese Melburger and Chili Fries. Handsdown the best food. I have had a bad cold the last week eating chicken soup etc. Melsburger passed the blood brain barrier and I am feeling better!! Just what the doc ordered😄

Service was spotty. Server checked on us once.
Breakfast took forever. People arrived after us, they were served and left before we got our meal. Our food was cold, BURNT toast. No jam and waited forever for a coffee refill. No water offered.
