Never received items
I ordered a pair of jeans in January 2022 and never received them and they kept my money. Then I used my $80 credit to purchase a pair of shorts and never received those.
Slow shipping
Use to be my absolute favorite boutique. Last 6 months it’s been soooooo slow on shipping and any email response. I still have orders from December not settled. Still no answer after multiple emails. Makes me sad I really enjoy their lives and clothing.
Not the same boutique anymore
I used to shop with Katrina 2 years ago and always received my items in a timely manner. I recently purchased a $50 top 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped yet(it just says “order placed”.) I’ve emailed twice and no response! I am so disappointed and will never buy anything from this boutique again!
Don’t buy from here!
Katrina and her husband Dom are the rudest boutique owners I’ve ever encountered. God forbid if you ask something on the live after not receiving an email response for weeks, they will rip you to shreds and make it out to be your fault and claim up and down they/Dom’s sister replied which is 1000% untrue. They send you products that you didn’t order to replace what you did order with cheaper items. I kept receiving clothes with holes or snags in them without any resolution to the problem. They claim they’re so religious but last I checked, it’s not Christ-like to act like they do and do what they are doing. Check their BBB, so many people have had the same issue. We should all come together and sue TOST.

Don’t do it
I was so excited to find this boutique as I love supporting small business. However it’s been 7 days since I ordered and no shipping activity yet and when asked the girls in tiktok live were rude. Emails don’t get responded to timely as well either. Just be cautious if you order and are expecting something within the time frame their website states they ship things. There response is, sorry we aren’t Amazon. They might want to change their website to 5-10 days shipping time versus 3-5 days .

A month to get “in stock” items
I absolutely love Katrina. I have noticed since some changes were made with new workers that Its taking a month or longer to get your items. I have sent texts many times and told my order is in process or being sent for shipping and still havent received it. I hope Katrina looks into the issues because I love this boutique but am not okay with the shipping. I know preorders take longer but mine was not a preorder and now what I ordered is on sale which means its been in stock. I never write reviews but this is out of control.

Worst customer service ever
Don’t waste your time they won’t help you if you have issues. Owner demands you don’t bring up issues on her lives but yet no one responds to you. Your just met with rudeness and somehow the issue must be YOUR FAULT even if you were a loyal customer for years! Don’t fall for her sob stories she only cares about herself

Scam culture
This boutique is the newest edition to scam culture! They take your money and never send the products and never refund the money. You can’t get ahold of them through email so you have to try and contact them on social media and then they just block you and say you are a negative troll! It’s always the Jesus lovers that are the biggest scam artists! Go to the BBB they do this a lot! Don’t buy anything you won’t get it and you won’t get a refund. This place needs to be shut down for stealing and fraud!

Noticing me
My family and friends are noticing me wearing nice new different clothes. And, I’m feeling great about myself. I usually never spend money on myself. I buy for everyone else but me. Rude and Entitled Owners
The owners of this boutique are rude to their customers repeatedly and are very into themselves. I refuse to support this business ever again. Why they have such a cult following is beyond me. The products they offer are fine, but the attitude and entitlement of the owners is uncalled for.
