Been using for 2 yrs, latest update in March logged me out. Won’t accept password, ask for a reset. But never get an email (yes tried junk)

Next button broken

Unable to do anything on this app because it wants me to input my address but when I do that, I click the “next” button but nothing happens at all but I can press the “back” button. Even tried it on the web browser and it still didn’t work 🙃🙃

Can’t add address

I open the app and it says I need an update from gonative.io ? What does that mean. How do I update via a website that opens up?

Can’t t Log in

Started off ok, recently I haven’t been getting any communication from the pharmacy. Every time I open the app I get a message that it needs an update from GoNative.io. I decided to reinstall the app but now it won’t let me login and when I request a new password it won’t send me the link. Now stuck with a useless app!

The App says I need to do an update but there is no update available plus if you pull the app down to refresh you see the error code. Very basic stuff.
