Being able to click on any app you want to watch, without typing it in is so convenient for me. Overall. Love my Roku even though I lose it every few minutes ๐๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ they should make some with straps.

The new trackpad feature is not intuitive. Iโd like the option to keep the old arrows. Search feature is typically correct though.
Customer use
This site is not user friendly or convenient when trying to connect with customer service. Horrible experience. I would rather pay for cable.
