Ho un abbonamento e non posso usare i biglietti perché il sito non funziona e dunque niente cinema… un servizio da meno di uno

horrible app
they offer you a deal to buy tickets cheaper if you use the app but the app is always crashing and never allows you to actually use the tickets. you can only use the tickets if you go through the complicated system of pulling them up on your web browser. this app is trash and has never been fixed.

Ho appena fatto l’accesso dal sito quindi sono sicura che le credenziali sono giuste ma l’app mi dice “Credenziali errate”.
Anche il sito è veramente lento e poco intuitivo, siamo nel 2020 ma The Space Cinema è ancora nel 2010.

Pessima app, some tutti i servizi di questa catena
Un’app che crasha di continuo. Non si riescono a comprare i biglietti, che già di per se sono carissimi. Se non riuscite a mantenere l’app rimuovetela, ci fate meno brutta figura...oppure paghiamo due lire ad uno sviluppatore decente!

Mortificante
Ho acquistato un certo numero di biglietti usando dei voucher che mi erano stati regalati. A causa di un malore del bimbo sono stato costretto a non andare. Qualche ora prima dello spettacolo mi sono recato al cinema alla ricerca di un rimborso o annullamento dell'acquisto fatto tramite App. Prima l'uomo al botteghino poi un responsabile - ma entrambe a brutto muso - mi hanno detto che una volta fatto l'acquisto non è previsto alcun rimborso. È questo in barba alle norme sugli acquisti online e soprattutto alla cortesia verso i clienti. Cafoni, non userò mai più questa app e non andrò mai più a questo cinema: dieci biglietti buttati al vento!
