About
The Standard is the training app for clients of Cameron Harn Personal Training.
It's not a workout library or a generic plan generator. It's the place where your programming, your daily readiness, your nutrition, and your coach all live together — so the work you do is based on what's actually happening with you, not a template.
HOW IT WORKS
Every morning you check in: sleep, stress, how you feel. That becomes a readiness score, and a short written read on what your body is telling you — connected to your training load, your fuel, and how your recent sessions actually felt.
Then you train. Your program is there, day by day, with your sets, reps, and loads. Log as you go. Your coach sees it.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- Your program — built for you, updated by your coach, followed day by day
- Morning readiness check-in with a daily score and a written read
- Session logging — sets, reps, load, and how each set actually felt
- Velocity-based training support for barbell work
- Recovery tracking that connects sleep, stress, and training load
- Nutrition logging, including photo-based macro capture
- Outside activity — log runs, rides, sport, and other gym work
- Progress photos and body composition tracking
- Corrective work and movement screens
- Direct messaging with your coach
- Weekly check-ins
BUILT ON YOUR DATA
The insights are specific to you. If your recovery is trending down while your training volume climbs, it says so. If your sleep has been short for four days and it's showing up in how your sessions feel, it says that. If a wearable disagrees with how you actually feel, it names the contradiction. No generic encouragement.
ACCESS
Accounts are created when your coach invites you, or when you purchase a program. If you're not currently working with Cameron Harn Personal Training, this app won't have anything for you yet — start at cameronharn.com.
