フリーズするには良いとしても、データが消えて最初からやり直しになるのは、流石に凹みました

クエストの続けて受けていたら4〜8回目には重くなり、携帯自体がフリーズして処理が終わるまで一切動かない状態になります。
以前から言われているのに未だに原因解明と対策はしないのでしょうか？
