Unreliable

It's good if you don't want to talk to people over the phone to book a taxi if you're ok with the times being always late (nearly 30mins).
Maybe if the service was reliable and even attempted to dispatch the taxis by the time it was supposed to be arriving it may be worthy of one star, by seeing as one is the lowest I can go I'll be generous.
