Useless
This app is now complete rubbish. When the app first came out it was barely useable but worked but recently (2022) it just does not work. It won’t take card payments, when booking it comes back with weird error codes such as “number incorrect” and after checking every number from mobile, House and bank card it still shows an error. Better off calling them on phone.

Just what I needed I booked my taxi on the train and when I got to Tring my taxi was waiting. Excellent service.
