The Udder Driver is a purpose-built enterprise delivery management app, exclusively for delivery drivers working within The Udder Way (TUW) B2B keg logistics platform. THE UDDER WAY PLATFORM: The Udder Way is an Australian company that manages the complete lifecycle of reusable milk kegs — from dairy production through to hospitality venue delivery and return. This is a closed enterprise platform serving a network of dairy producers and venues across Australia. This app is one of three distinct role-based apps in the TUW platform: • The Udder Driver (this app) — for delivery drivers • The Udder Dairy — for dairy facility staff and managers • The Udder Venue — for venue/hospitality managers Each app serves a completely different user type with different data access and functionality. They cannot be merged — a driver must not see a dairy's full customer database, and a venue must not see other venues' orders. WHAT THIS APP DOES (DRIVER-SPECIFIC FEATURES ONLY): • Start and manage daily keg delivery runs • Navigate stop-by-stop to each venue with directions • Confirm keg deliveries and collections at each venue • Scan QR codes on individual kegs to track them in real time • View delivery history and run performance stats • Message the dairy team and venue contacts in-app • Log overdue or problem deliveries • Real-time fleet position tracking during active runs ACCESS & ELIGIBILITY: This app requires a TUW-issued driver account linked to a specific dairy.
