The Udder Venue is a purpose-built enterprise stock management app exclusively for hospitality venues (cafés, restaurants, bars) registered with The Udder Way (TUW) keg logistics platform. THE UDDER WAY PLATFORM: The Udder Way is a global company on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic packaging worldwide. TUW manages the complete lifecycle of reusable stainless-steel milk kegs — from dairy production through to hospitality venue delivery and return. The platform serves a growing network of dairy producers and venues across the world. This app is one of three distinct role-based apps in the TUW platform: • The Udder Venue (this app) — for venue/hospitality managers • The Udder Dairy — for dairy facility staff and managers • The Udder Driver — for delivery drivers Each app serves a completely different user type with different data access and functionality. Venue managers only see their own venue's stock, orders, and delivery status — they cannot see other venues' orders or the dairy's internal fleet management. WHAT THIS APP DOES (VENUE-SPECIFIC FEATURES ONLY): • Real-time keg stock tracking — see exactly how many kegs are in use, in the fridge, or empty • Freshness monitoring — track use-by dates for every keg in the venue • Delivery tracking — live status updates when a delivery is en route • Order management — request keg deliveries for upcoming days • Tap management — track which kegs are connected to which taps • Scan kegs — use the camera to scan and identify individual kegs • Delivery history — view past deliveries and keg returns • In-app messaging — communicate directly with the dairy team • Sustainability counter — track bottles eliminated vs single-use packaging • Report issues — flag damaged, missing, or overdue kegs ACCESS & ELIGIBILITY: This app requires a TUW-issued venue account linked to a specific hospitality business.
