The Urban Wash is ELITE
I have been using The Urban Wash for almost 2 years now and they are the absolute best. They are always on time with pickup and delivery. Having an app makes the process really seamless and you get money credited back to your account the more you use them! I get my clothes back typically within 2 days but sometimes if they finish early, they will text to see if I would like it dropped off early. Great customer service!
