I have been trying to buy a ticket for an event using the app, but by the time I’m ready to place my order, the button to submit is off screen and I cannot click it. The same thing has been happening when using the browser. Please fix soon!
Can’t access tickets
The app keeps saying that it will send me an email for verification but it never does. Because of this, I cannot access my purchased tickets. And yes, I have checked my Spam folder
Best way to keep track of tickets!
This app was so easy to use and helped me keep track of my tickets so they didn’t get buried in my email inbox. Excited to see future shows at The Vogue!
Sir Spams-A-Lot
To utilize the app, you’ll need to register an account through opendate, which will absolutely inundate your inbox (200+ emails in less than 10 mins) with “updates” for every venue and show registered in opendate. Tried unchecking all notifications in profile, but even with that change, email after email continued to roll in. Thought maybe the notification changes made in my profile need a chance to catch up. Perhaps it eventually would have, but after continuing to be bombed my more emails, I just decided to save myself the frustration and delete my account and the app. No telephone number or email for support, either. Save yourself the headache. Cheers!
