Incredible
Chris S. does an incredible job. I worked with him for years bringing elementary students and families to Broadway. He helped make memories for a lifetime. I was in Lowes and ran into a guy that went with us to see Lion King. He said he thought that stuff was for sissies, but he would really like to go again. Thanks to Chris and staff, lives are changed in a “Broad way.”

Worse app than the previous version
Addendum to my previous rating of “1.” The app will not allow me to transfer Hamilton tickets to other family members. The “Transfer” button at the bottom of each ticket will not respond.
Generally, the Broadway in Indianapolis
app has always been a piece of junk (keeping my language clean….). The new version is worse than the previous version. Log in using my Ticketmaster login/password. Ok, I did this over and over again. App didn’t recognize me. Finally, in frustration, I deleted the app, and reloaded it. Still clunky and unintuitive, but after going through a few steps, I got to a screen that had me login using my Ticketmaster info. Which worked this time. With same username and password I have always used. Hope that this helps someone. App deserves more “1” ratings. Mine would be less than”1”, if I could. Been a season ticket holder for 10 years and can’t find me?
Sign-in Page Unusable
Overlapping text on sign-in page prevents accessing my account. Not much benefit of app as a result.
I can’t login to app
I can’t log into app to get my ticket. It looks much better on iPad. When somehow I get logged in it tells me to add to wallet but I can’t find any option. I get my tickets up with an active line running across so I guess I can use that to get into show
