Definitely The way!

I am not new to meditation, however illness prevented me from being able to still my mind for several years. As part of my recovery, when I could, I returned to guided meditation trying other apps to begin with. Many apps have their benefits. However, The way has one clear guided pathway which is all at once suitable for those who are familiar, and those beginning the journey. It is not a ‘press this button for a quick fix’ type course but a rich teaching of daily practice. I highly recommend it.
