Web version needs help
Love “The Week” but not at all happy with the online version, which is loaded with distracting ads to subscribe, even though I subscribe and am logged in. And one needs to know one’s subscription number in order to login. What? And no way to reset password from an email address. Seriously needs to be more user friendly.

Excellent coverage
I’ve been a subscriber for many years and love the broad and condensed content of national and international news. Bonuses include columns on health, TV, books, art, film, and a delightful crossword puzzle. It’s the only magazine I will not drop.
WTH happened? Hate the new interface!
Used to love seeing the print version and the text only version, but now you have to jump through a couple more hoops to get to it. Why? This issue plus the fact that the magazine has shady renewal practices - charging $299 which supposedly includes free gift subscription to a friend when in fact, we are actually being charged for it. I fell for it the first time and paid that, only to realize I could get it for $99. I just got my “last chance” bill and will not be renewing. Have posted about this on all my socials and will do this final non-renewal in the coming days. Look for it under #theweekmagazineshadyrenewal

Unnecessary interface update
I’m really struggling to get to the full text of the print version. It now defaults to audio and there is a lot of friction finding my way to print.
I do not like the newest format of the magazine
The newest released formate is not user friendly causing additional clicks. I believe they attempted to fix a problem that didn’t exist. I suggest they return to the old formate. The good news is the articles are still great.
