The poor APP that it is!
The last release of 21st Sept proved IT do not have a grasp of what to do or to test releases before they are given to customers...as of 11 Oct some 3weeks later there is no solution..the APP starts and closes within 3 seconds...this is an insult to the many loyal users...get with it IT!!!

Underwhelming service delivery
Underwhelming service delivery. This app does not allow download of the facsimile copy of the paper, even though I have a subscription to the paper. Very disappointing - different to the Herald Sun, The Age and The Australian! Facsimile copy of the Weekly Times paper is only available on the web, not on the app, unless you pay again via iTunes subscription - a ripoff!

Hi Zpyglass, The Weekly Times digital subscription includes unrestricted access across our website and app. If you are a digital subscriber to The Weekly Times you can login to our new app using your usual web credentials and access the Digital Print Edition (now called Today's Paper) as part of your subscription. To login, open the app and go to the "All Sections' menu in the bottom right corner and then hit "Login" using the same email and password as our website. If you have any issues please give our team a call on 1800 070 535 who can assist Monday to Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm & Saturday 7:30am - 11:30AM.
