Had watch for 6 months now doesn’t collect data on my phone.
Never collects sleep data which is what I wanted. Hardly ever the other data. Hard to read the watch face, have to really shake it to show Wouldn’t buy again

It will not measure sleep patterns. I have unpaired it, removed the app and re-installed.

It’s a really good watch for the price. I bought it at Walmart for 20$ so it’s good but the only thing is that I can’t set my sleep. It doesn’t work I just have no data and I don’t know how to add my hours of sleep.

Text messages
It’s a good watch, I just wish I could answer a text message with it. Or a phone call or something. And it would make it easier to read if the text messages you get had spaces in between the words

Not Bad
Not such a bad watch but id really like to see a way to change the watch faces or some new ones added as none are very appealing
Messages and calls cant make
I can’t make messages which is fine but I can’t even answer calls that just cheap.pls help
Sleep mode
So far I like the watch. Simple to use. The only issue I have is the sleep mode will not work. Tried everything

The app itself is ok the find phone notification is Japanese and the text messages received don’t put spaces in between words

When Will I Get Support?
I recently purchased the “Monkey Smart Watch”, otherwise known as the “Anex Smart Watch”, or “TheFit-36” (…and lord only knows how many other descriptions are listed with this particular).
It has a decent number of features bells (many of which I honestly didn’t need), but I purchased this smart watch specifically for the incoming text and incoming call notification features ….low & behold!….take a wild guess at the only two specific features do NOT work.
I’ve tried twice to get some tech support through the app itself, and this will be my first (3rd really) attempt via this app review.
Regrettably, ‘my’ grace is not nearly as sufficient as others, but hey, I haven’t tossed the watch out…..yet, and I’m still trying to just get a few honest questions answered.
I hope that the developer will find some time out of an obviously very busy schedule to not only read this, but actually offer USEFUL support.

P.S. I’m not really that busy, so I actually have time to patiently wait for a response…AND for those who find entertainment via reading these comments and reviews, I’ll let ya know when ‘First Contact’ is made and post my experience.
