About
App Store Description
TheIceSack is the protocol companion to The Ice Sack, a full body dry cold containment system by BHVD Labs.
It delivers a single, repeatable nine minute session with a defined start, a fixed structure, and a clear end.
For high output people who need a reliable stop button, not another feed.
No browsing. No playlists. No decisions.
One session. One finish.
What it does
The app provides timing, audio structure, and completion tracking for a cold session.
Nothing more. Nothing extra.
How a session works
Start a session and you are given thirty seconds to zip in and get settled.
After the countdown, audio begins and runs continuously for nine minutes.
The session cannot be paused, edited, or reordered.
It either completes or it does not count.
Completion standard
A session is recorded only if the full nine minutes finishes without interruption.
Ending early, pausing, switching apps, or audio disruption will invalidate the session.
Completion is the standard by design.
Session reflection
After a completed session, you log your state using a simple bar.
This is self reported session feedback and does not imply an outcome.
Structured audio
Each session follows three timed phases.
The audio evolves gradually across phases and includes subtle cues that mark the start, transitions, and end.
The protocol is fixed and cannot be changed.
Tap to start with NFC
When used with compatible Ice Sack hardware, a simple tap opens the app and lets you begin a session.
No personal data is stored on the NFC tag.
Designed to work together
The Ice Sack provides physical containment.
TheIceSack app provides structure and timing.
Together they create a repeatable cold session with a clear beginning and a clear end.
Important note
TheIceSack does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Stop use if you feel unwell.
Platform notes
Uninterrupted audio playback is required for a session to count.
NFC availability depends on device support and system settings.
